Hi, I’m Lynn As someone who has spent the last 30 years helping adults improve oral function, I’ve witnessed something truly powerful. When restricted tissues in the mouth begin to move more freely, people often experience changes they never expected — reduced tension, improved breathing, easier swallowing, and a greater sense of comfort in their own body. Many adults live with tongue ties or tethered oral tissues without realizing the role these structures play in everyday function. Because tongue ties are congenital, the restriction has often been present since birth. Over time, the body adapts through compensation patterns that can influence muscles throughout the face, jaw, and neck. My mission is to help adults understand these patterns and begin restoring healthier movement. That’s why I created Adult Tongue Tie Freedom & Function. In this program, I guide you in understanding your anatomy, recognizing compensation patterns, and learning practical exercises to improve tongue mobility and oral function. This course is designed specifically for adults who want to better understand their symptoms and begin taking meaningful steps toward improved function.
